Summary

Katsuki throws himself at Team Monoma and is turned aside at first, then punches through and comes away with two headbands, Hanta's tape reeling him back onto the horse. Not satisfied with a partial win, he orders a full assault: tape from Hanta, Acid from Mina. Team Bakugo surfs the fluid, accelerating on the tape, and hits Team Monoma before it can react. Katsuki and Neito collide, and raw hunger for the top spot carries Katsuki through, leaving Neito stripped of the rest. His next target is obvious.

Team Midoriya and Team Todoroki meet for the last exchange. Izuku's One For All generates enough wind pressure to shove aside Shoto's burning left arm, and Shoto realizes with a jolt that his own fire is out. Izuku snatches a headband from him believing it is the ten-million, breaks away, and discovers it is worth seventy. Ten seconds remain, the two teams clash again, and Team Bakugo arrives just as the Cavalry Battle ends.

Four teams advance: Team Todoroki first, Team Bakugo second, Team Shinso third. Izuku starts apologizing to his teammates until Fumikage reveals he lifted a 615-point headband while Izuku and Shoto were occupied, which puts them fourth and into the next round. The Sports Festival breaks for noon. Shoto approaches Izuku, who has no idea what he wants, while elsewhere the top-ranked hero greets the second-ranked one, All Might remarking on the long gap and inviting Endeavor to tea.
