A dying woman gives up an address, a broken man asks to apologize, and the heroes move on a mansion in Haibori Woods. What waits inside is a hologram, a lecture on who gets called a villain, and a detonation.
Endeavor reaches the scene late, blaming the rain and explaining that All Might called him in, then asks for a status report. Hawks cuts in shouting for help, still unable to fly properly. Deku catches him with Blackwhip but has no strength left to pull them up, and manages to explain that the Quirk All For One handed Lady Nagant came booby-trapped, which is what tore her open.
Hawks tells her he is her successor and cannot accept her being manipulated like this, insisting that she stands above such a thing and cannot quit now, not after the fight she just gave. Coming around, she looks at him and cannot square the fire in his eyes with everything the Commission must have made him do, the same fire she saw in Deku. She forces out her orders: two months to hand the boy over at a Haibori Woods mansion. As they touch down she warns that All For One recruited others as well, then admits her heart could not carry the dark side and asks how he stays hopeful. He had someone holding him up, Hawks answers, and describes his own hopefulness as excessive to the point of being a flaw.
Endeavor sets Kai Chisaki down and asks whether that is everyone. Kai protests that this was not the bargain and demands his Boss, the last thing he has left, so he can apologize. Asked whether Eri and everything done to her have stayed with him, he says yes, and adds that he wishes she were present too. Deku recognizes the apology in it and offers to honor Nagant's promise himself if Kai will direct the same feeling toward Eri.
All Might finally arrives to check on Deku. Endeavor reports both captures and calls for police and medical aid, and Hawks, seething at All For One, asks that the boy be patched up as well.
The heroes trace the address to the former Creature Rejection Clan hideout and enter alongside the Lurkers. Deku goes in first despite Endeavor's warning against recklessness, and finds it empty except for a hologram of All For One, who asks sarcastically whether he enjoyed his question-and-answer session with Lady Nagant. He savors the anticipation, knowing someone like Deku could never abandon someone like her, and stresses that she volunteered rather than being forced. Those who fall get labeled villains, he says, and anyone who cannot fit a controlled society is excluded no matter how that society is run, which he calls simple human nature. He tells Deku the thorny path of heroism will grind his soul down, admits that his years behind bars were spent dwelling on the boy and nobody else, All Might now beneath his notice, then gleefully hands the turn over to him as the mansion blows apart.
The heroes take Lady Nagant and Kai Chisaki into custody.
Nagant survives, names the place her employer is supposedly waiting, and warns that other villains carry the same contract on Deku.
Deku agrees to take over Nagant's promise to Kai, on the condition that the apology extends to Eri.
Deku and several heroes raid a mansion once held by the Creature Rejection Clan, only to walk into a trap.
A recorded message from All For One reveals that All Might no longer interests him and Izuku is now his sole focus.

Kohei Horikoshi's author comment apologizes for mixing up button placement between men's and women's clothing and asks readers to treat the outfits as unisex.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Before the heroes take her into custody, Lady Nagant names Haibori Woods as the location where she was ordered to hand Izuku Midoriya over within two months, and warns that All For One has recruited other villains under similar contracts.
Kai Chisaki demands to see his Boss, All For One, so he can apologize, and when asked whether Eri and what he did to her still weigh on him, he admits they do and says he wishes she were there too.
Izuku Midoriya agrees to take over Lady Nagant's promise to deliver Kai Chisaki to All For One, on the condition that Kai directs the same apology toward Eri.
The heroes raid a mansion in Haibori Woods once held by the Creature Rejection Clan and find it empty except for a hologram recording of All For One, who reveals that Izuku Midoriya, not All Might, is now his sole focus.
Immediately after taunting Izuku Midoriya through the recorded hologram, All For One detonates the Haibori Woods mansion, catching the heroes inside the blast.
