Dispatch

The chapter opens on a memory. A small Kazuho Haneyama, having just watched television, asks her mother who the people on the screen are, and hears that they are celebrities, Heroes or performers. Taken with the idea of ending up there herself, she asks aloud which one is easier. Her mother has no answer, only advice: pick whichever path she likes best, whether that is saving people who are in trouble or singing and dancing to make people happy. Kazuho grins and picks the singing.

The memory closes on Bee☆Pop preparing another run at the streets of Naruhata, singing and dancing all the while. Nearby, Compass Kid patrols with Rock, chatting comfortably. His catchphrase never landed, and he has lined up work with better benefits than heroics offer, but he wants his kids to see him look cool before he hangs the cape up.

An explosion cuts him off, and then several more. Bee☆Pop seizes the radio spectrum with the Queen Bee to put her rampage on every channel, and Compass Kid's phone will not reach headquarters, so he tells Rock the best they can do is move civilians out until backup lands. Heroes converge, which only feeds her, and Inferno starts up again for the encore.

Koichi's circle, and Kazuho's, shelter inside Hopper's Cafe watching the rampage stream, sick over it. Ichimoku Samazu asks whether there is really nothing they can do, and gets told that heroes are already there and this is no place for civilians to insert themselves, to which Kirihito Kamachi adds that ordinary civilians, at least, should stay out.

Koichi had stepped outside Knuckleduster's warehouse to clear his head when he saw the city taking hits in the distance. He calls it in to Soga Kugisaki and the others, and the four of them move for the disaster zone to put the plan to work.

She keeps tearing the district apart. Every hero on scene tries to stop her, and the Bomb Bees turn each attempt into more wreckage. From a nearby rooftop, detective Naomasa Tsukauchi watches her run circles around a patrol thrown together too fast to have any teamwork and cut off from each other by her swarm.

Behind him, a voice objects to the sickening noise, and to the nerve of a villain calling that racket Inferno. It belongs to the Number Two Hero, Endeavor, who has come to show her what the word actually means.

A flashback shows young Kazuho choosing performing over heroics, on her mother's advice to follow what she loves.

Bee☆Pop launches her second attack on Naruhata, hijacking the radio spectrum and outmaneuvering the assembled heroes with her Bomb Bees.

Koichi, Soga, Moyuru, and Rapt move out to execute their rescue plan.

Endeavor is dispatched against Bee☆Pop, arriving alongside Naomasa Tsukauchi's rooftop vantage.

Bee☆Pop and Pop☆Step share the cover. The chapter runs nineteen pages in Volume 10.

Its serialized title was Inferno, インフェルノ, changed to Dispatch for the volume edition.
