A money-obsessed bandit who worked the roads alongside his brother, scheming to snatch the coins scattered by Kunihisa. His greed unraveled when Naruto Uzumaki intervened and the cliff they cornered their target on gave way beneath them.
Short and thickset, he gathered his light-brown hair into a divided ponytail and grew a small tuft of beard on his chin. His eyes were tiny and dark, his lips thin, and for clothing he layered a green shirt under a brown vest.
Money ruled his thinking as it did his brother's. He was convinced that enough of it would be all they needed to overcome anyone who stood against them.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
During the Daimyo Heir Escort Mission, Fukuyokana and his partner Shinayakana baited Kunihisa with roasted fish, only for Naruto Uzumaki to swat their plan aside. The pair resurfaced downriver where a fortune in the coins Kunihisa had flung about lay waiting, and they used it to buy off his remaining bodyguards, who then seized him. Naruto reappeared, freed Kunihisa with ease, and led him away.
The bandits caught up at a cliff's edge. Naruto slung a rope to the far side, handed it to Kunihisa, and shoved him over just as the pursuers threw themselves onto him. Fukuyokana called out to his older brother, who was clinging to Kunihisa before dropping away. The combined weight of everyone crowded on the ledge cracked it, and Fukuyokana tumbled into the dark along with the former guards. Nothing further of his fate is recorded.

Fukuyokana and his brother Shinayakana baited Kunihisa with roasted fish before trying to ambush him, and later used his scattered coins to bribe his remaining bodyguards into seizing him. Their plan was repeatedly foiled by Naruto Uzumaki.
Naruto Uzumaki swatted aside Fukuyokana's first ambush and later freed Kunihisa with ease from the bribed guards. At a cliff's edge, Naruto slung a rope across and pushed Kunihisa to safety just as the pursuers closed in.
Fukuyokana fell into the dark below when the crowded cliff edge cracked under the combined weight of everyone standing on it. He tumbled down along with the bribed former guards, and his fate afterward is unrecorded.
Fukuyokana's brother was Shinayakana, his partner in banditry during the Daimyo Heir Escort Mission. The two shared the same greed-driven belief that enough money could overcome anyone who opposed them.
