Hibiki is the younger sister of Kodama, a girl consumed by the hunt for the Wind Release user who murdered their father. Her search led her to Konoha, where a stray cat and a bond with Mitsuki began to pull her toward a gentler life.
Hibiki is seldom seen without a flute, an instrument she plays and which secretly houses her late father's blade. The cat she took in and named Niboshi is often at her side.
Grief and a thirst for justice drive much of what Hibiki does, yet she is far from heartless. She took in an ailing stray without a second thought, feeding and naming it, and she confided a longing to live freely, the way the cat did. That softer nature leaves her open to friendship even as her brother urges her to keep shinobi at a distance.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
When their father was killed and the case stalled for want of evidence, Hibiki and her brother Kodama devoted themselves to finding the culprit, a skilled Wind Release user marked by a cross-shaped scar. The pair roamed from village to village confronting former shinobi who wielded Wind Release, never taking a life but slashing a cross into each suspect's clothing. Their search kept them in Konoha for a year. Trained with a blade and carrying her father's sword hidden inside a flute, Hibiki crossed paths with Mitsuki, who found her playing music to the cat she had rescued and nursed back to health. As the siblings closed in on their final suspect, Daizen Matsushige, their ambush failed because he had read of their sleeping smoke in the paper; his Wind Release wounded Hibiki and convinced Kodama that he was the killer. Mitsuki intervened, and with Team 7 and Kotaro arriving, Daizen was exposed and seized. Because the siblings had never actually harmed their targets, they were let off with banishment from Konoha, and Mitsuki came to bid Hibiki farewell, receiving a parting gift of niboshi for the cat.
