Appearance

Long sky-blue locks belong to Hokushin, the fringe falling across the right of his face all the way to his chest. His eyes are big and black, and a very thin white headband stays mostly tucked out of sight under his hair. A beige vest reaching to the knees tops a purple shirt, a dark sleeve wraps each forearm, and a thick black belt circles his waist.

History

With the Hiding with Camouflage Technique at his disposal, Hokushin can collect intelligence on a rival unseen, and the sword he wears points to competence in kenjutsu. In the Cursed Warrior Extermination Mission, Hōki sent him along with Nagare and other unnamed ninja to run down Chishima, who shook them off without trouble. Chasing his promotion, Hokushin tailed Tenten, Neji Hyūga, and Kakashi while the three feigned leaving the village, then realised he had been duped once they traded places with monkeys through a Body Replacement Technique. When the fight finally came, Kakashi flipped that same substitution back on him and put him down with almost laughable ease.
