Nagare

A peculiar hat, fastened under his chin, tops Nagare's head, and his black hair falls to about cheek length with a fringe only down the center of his forehead. His small dark eyes sit above a sleeveless beige tunic that closes with a single button and carries a black collar, worn with black forearm sleeves, loose tan shorts, and a white belt.

Caution rules Nagare's approach to combat. He would rather stay hidden in a safe spot and study an opponent than commit to a fight in the open.

Nagare proved a capable shinobi, briefly pressuring even Kakashi Hatake and showing hard endurance by surviving a Lightning Cutter to the chest without falling at once. Stealth was his strength. He could camouflage himself against his surroundings and handled a tanto well. His signature was the Assimilate All Creation Technique, which let him take on the properties of any object nearby and bend it to his will. Against Kakashi he assumed the traits of stone, generating and controlling great quantities of it, hurling rock as projectiles, rolling forward as a crushing stone tank, and even manipulating rock powder much as Gaara uses sand to bury and grind foes.

During the Cursed Warrior Extermination Mission he fought Kakashi, whose Sharingan spotted the chakra emanating from a rock that hid his true body. Kakashi shattered it with Lightning Cutter, defeating but not killing him.
