History
During the Chūnin Exams, Iyashi moved to take an injured Sasuke Uchiha away for treatment after his preliminary bout, but Kakashi Hatake stepped in to handle it himself. In the anime he was later sent out with fellow medics Mitate, Mogusa, Kusushi, and others to reach Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yūhi, and their group after a run-in with Mizuki, delivering first aid on the spot before moving the wounded back to the hospital.
