History

After Mukade hauled off her husband along with countless other men of Rōran to build his puppet army, Masako and the town's women seized Sāra, meaning to exchange her for the freedom of the enslaved laborers. Once Naruto charged in to rescue Sāra, Masako spelled out their predicament to the pair. When Sāra set the captured men loose, Masako found her husband again, and the two then went after Sarai, lending their aid so that Sāra could throw the gate open and everyone might flee to safety.
