Mondai is a bumbling would-be infiltrator who, together with his partner Potcha, tries to sneak into Konohagakure by impersonating famous ninja. Their clumsy disguise scheme fools almost no one and drops them into a string of humiliating errands.
Rather than any imposing ninja build, Mondai cuts a deliberately comical figure. His brown hair is cropped short and juts out in stiff spikes, and his eyes are tiny and black. Much of his look reads as exaggeratedly effeminate, an impression he leans into by keeping his nails painted and letting his cheeks flush pink at the slightest excuse.
Goofiness defines Mondai far more than any cunning. He behaves in an airheaded, flighty way and carries himself with theatrical, feminine flourishes. Even so, between the two schemers he is treated as the sharper mind, which says more about his partner than about any real cleverness on his part.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Chasing recognition back home, Mondai and Potcha reportedly poured months into refining a so-called disguise skill. Their plan is to slip into Konoha while Might Guy and Rock Lee are away on assignment, borrowing the pair's identities to steal village secrets, with Mondai posing as Guy. In practice the ruse convinces nobody; only Naruto seems briefly taken in, while Tsunade, Sakura, and Tenten string the imposters along with absurd chores that keep them from learning anything useful.
The only trick the two ever attempt is strapping on football helmets and barreling at a foe at speed, though the technique is halted before its purpose becomes clear. During his masquerade Mondai insists on calling himself Mondai Guy, a joke that plays on a phrase meaning no problem. The whole scheme collapses when the genuine Guy and Lee return and flatten the duo with their Double Dynamic Entry.
