Sakuya

Age has left Sakuya an old woman crowned with long white hair, her face carved deep with wrinkles. She paints on a heavy coat of red lipstick and layers purple shadow across her eyes. In her prime she was said to have been a rare beauty, a memory she cannot bring herself to release.

Vanity defines her. So consumed is she by her fading looks that once her youth slipped away, she had every mirror and reflective surface stripped from her palace rather than face her own reflection. That same fixation pushes her to hunt down a piece of Hashirama Senju's cells, convinced against all evidence that they can turn back the years. She is also a cautious woman, keeping a dedicated team on hand to hold a protective barrier over her residence at all hours.

Sakuya manages to obtain one of Hashirama's cells and, believing the rumor that it can rejuvenate her, sends her butler to make contact with the rogue medical-nin Kirisaki. She never gets the chance to use it. While she waits for him to arrive, two other seekers of the cell, Asaka and Yuga, slip into her castle and assassinate her.
