Tagorihime is a non-human dweller of the Ryūchi Cave who greets visitors warmly while scheming to devour their chakra. She tests Boruto and his friends with an illusion of a lavish feast, only to have her deception exposed.
Tagorihime is not truly human, though she can pass for one. In that guise her skin is fair, and her dark hair is gathered into three buns, one resting at her forehead while the remaining two sit at the back. A long, loose white robe drapes her, its sleeves and neckline trimmed in green, and a green tomoe marks the collar. Crowning her is a golden tiara from whose ends green ribbons trail.
Her signature trick is a genjutsu that dresses up rotten, poisonous food to look like a sumptuous banquet. She can also float in the air and devour the chakra of others, which is precisely what she is really out to take from anyone who stumbles into the Ryūchi Cave, though she still respects those able to clear every trial.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
For all her welcoming manner, Tagorihime hungers after the chakra of visitors who wander in. During the search tied to Mitsuki's disappearance, she and her fellows watch Boruto and his companions from the cover of the trees as the group reaches the cave. She becomes the first obstacle they face, laying a genjutsu over hazardous food so it seems a feast and tempting them to eat. Her scheme unravels when she lets Mitsuki's name slip even though no one from Konoha had spoken it, and Boruto sees through the ruse. Furious that their chakra is now beyond her, she nonetheless lets the young ninja press on, and she later looks on as they depart to seek out Garaga. Her own name most likely traces back to one of the trio of goddesses honoured at Munakata Taisha, Tagori-hime-no-kami.
