History
Tobio graduated in the same Academy class as the Rookie Nine. He first turns up in the classroom chatting about how to aim and throw ninja tools. Messing around in his seat with Naruto crouched unseen just behind him, he bumped into the boy and knocked him straight into Sasuke, forcing the two into an accidental kiss. The mishap enraged much of the class, Sakura and Ino among them, who had wanted Sasuke's first kiss for themselves and took it out on Naruto with a beating, even though the fault was not his.
