Episode 279 of Naruto: Shippuden drops Team 8 into a cave of enemy clones, then into a deadly guessing game as a White Zetsu impostor hides among them by wearing their comrades' faces.
Ordered to look into a possible gap in the Allied Shinobi Forces line, Team 8 stumbles onto a cavern packed with White Zetsu Army soldiers. As the fighting starts, Hinata releases a messenger owl to summon the Sealing Team, and she, Shino, Kiba, and Akamaru pin down the enemy long enough for the sealers to reach them. The two arriving specialists begin closing off the cave, but Zetsu clones give chase during the retreat, and Kiba's counterattack tips over a lamp. The spilled oil ignites a trail that races to stacked crates of explosive tags, and with Akamaru unable to put out the flames, the crates blow.
One of the two sealers is found dead, killed not by the blast but by a separate wound, and suspicion quickly spreads over who among them is genuine. When the group splits up to hunt for the others, a scream leads them to the second man's corpse gripping a torn scrap of Shino's coat, deepening the distrust. The team resorts to rock-paper-scissors, agreeing that the loser must answer personal questions to prove their identity. Shino is singled out and taken down, only for Hinata to be exposed as the disguised enemy, a reveal engineered by Kiba and Shino, who had signaled to each other during the game and used clones to flush the impostor into the open. Shino finishes the Zetsu with his Insect Tornado, and after a brief spat over Kiba's readiness to strike him, the trio locates the unconscious real Hinata.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The episode is set during the Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation arc. Its closing turn reveals that the enemy had been mining Yamato for intelligence, since the impostor knew private details about each member of the squad, which renews the team's resolve to press on.
In "White Zetsu's Trap," Shino Aburame kills the White Zetsu impostor that had disguised itself as Hinata Hyuga, finishing it off with his Insect Tornado technique.
