Furido's 4-Man Team was an anime-only cell led by Kazuma while he went by the alias Furido. It set out to topple the Hokage and hand sole rule of the Land of Fire to the daimyo, relying on four reanimated lightning users drawn from the Twelve Guardian Ninja.
This band answered to Kazuma, a man operating under the assumed name Furido during the period it was active. Convinced that the Land of Fire ought to recognise only the daimyo as its rightful ruler, the group set itself the goal of bringing down the Hokage. To reach it, Kazuma raised four dead lightning-natured members of the Twelve Guardian Ninja through a corpse-soil reanimation technique.
The team's purpose centred on the technique known as Limelight, which Kazuma meant to unleash so as to level Konoha. His plan leaned on the combined power of the four revived shinobi acting in concert. When one of them was beaten, he freed the others and even turned to his own son, Sora, as a weapon, yet that gambit collapsed as well.
Kazuma led the group under his Furido alias and supplied its reanimated fighters. The four lightning users he raised all came from the Twelve Guardian Ninja, and every one of them, along with Kazuma himself, was eventually cut down by Konoha shinobi. A recurring detail is that each member's name begins with the syllable Fu, the alias included.
