Overview
The Ishi Terrorists were a band of missing-nin drawn from Ishigakure, bound to no hidden village and loyal only to the highest bidder. What made them dangerous was the assortment of kekkei genkai spread among their ranks. Free of any village's leash, they operated purely as guns for hire.
Role
Thanks to the powers wielded by the Konjiki twins, the cell carved out a reputation for demolition, targeting structures and merchant vessels alike. Their most notable job was an elaborate scheme, orchestrated by Tōjūrō, to kill Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage, during a marriage interview. The plot came apart: with help from Shijima, Gaara struck down Etoro Konjiki and afterward finished Metoro Konjiki, leaving the assassination a failure.
Notable Members
The twin brothers Etoro Konjiki and Metoro Konjiki were the group's defining assets, their abilities behind its talent for destruction, and both fell to Gaara. Another member, Kajūra, ended up imprisoned. With the twins dead and Kajūra behind bars, the fate of whatever remained of the cell is left uncertain.
