Summary

A wave of Naruto's shadow clones rushes Kakuzu. Asuma's squad readies itself to lend a hand, but Yamato warns them to stay clear. With Kakuzu occupied by the clones, Naruto attempts to land his untested Rasenshuriken, only for it to fall apart before reaching its mark. The failure leaves Naruto exposed, and Kakashi and Yamato have to leap in to shield him from the counterstrike. Unimpressed by the botched attempt, they offer to fight Kakuzu at his side. Naruto pleads for one more try, insisting he will never close the gap to Sasuke if he must always lean on others.
