Summary

Kakashi is caught off guard once he recognizes the two figures he has been trailing as Kisame and, above all, Itachi. When Kisame moves to take him on, Itachi waves him off, reasoning that the two of them are matched too evenly for a bout between them to be anything but a nuisance. Facing no such limitation himself, Itachi turns on Kakashi directly.
