Summary
Lee jogs Naruto's memory about the vow he made to Sakura to haul Sasuke home, then waves him on after Sasuke while he squares off with Kimimaro. In Konoha, Guy rushes straight to Tsunade the moment his mission ends and learns that Lee's operation went perfectly, only for word to arrive that the boy has already slipped out of the hospital. Tsunade then realises Lee left without his prescribed medicine and grabbed her sake by mistake. Guy is appalled at the news. Out in the field, Kimimaro reads and deflects everything Lee throws at him, until Lee pauses for a swig of his "medicine," turns drunk, and settles into a loose Drunken Fist stance.
