Chapter 162 of the Naruto manga follows Tsunade's decision to keep her bargain with Orochimaru. Shizune's protest fails, Kabuto is dispatched to silence her, and only Naruto's Nine-Tails healing lets the chase begin before Tanzaku Castle.
Tsunade looks over the collapsed Naruto and figures the exhausting week of drills will keep him asleep for days. Convinced he never truly grasped the Rasengan and now has no chance of finishing it in time, she turns to depart. Shizune pleads with her to abandon any deal with Orochimaru and even squares off against her mistress, but she is overpowered and knocked out with ease.
On the road to the rendezvous, Orochimaru recalls Shizune's defiance and orders Kabuto to dispose of her. By morning Naruto stirs and wakes Shizune, the Nine-Tails having mended him far quicker than either woman anticipated. Shizune moves to chase after Tsunade but runs into Jiraiya, sluggish from a drug Tsunade slipped him. Catching sight of Kabuto, Jiraiya presses Shizune about the private pact struck with Orochimaru.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
At Tanzaku Castle, Tsunade proposes restoring Orochimaru's arms in exchange for his word to spare Konoha, and he consents. The chapter belongs to the Search for Tsunade arc and is collected in volume 18, with the Viz edition titling it 'A Vulnerable Heart…!!'.

Orochimaru sends Kabuto to silence Shizune because he recalls her open defiance over the deal Tsunade struck with him and wants her out of the way before the exchange takes place.
Naruto recovers quickly because the Nine-Tails' chakra heals him far faster than Tsunade or Shizune expect, letting him wake by morning despite Tsunade believing he would stay unconscious for days.
