Appearance

Abdullah's skull tapers to a point and is bald across the crown, with black hair gathered into pigtails that fall along each side. Three vertical scars mark his tall forehead, and he wears slim rectangular shades. Brown suspenders hold up his oversized purple trousers, and a piece of armor plates his left arm. While Sugar's curse was in effect, his body was reshaped into that of a teddy bear.

Personality

His bombing of a government facility alongside Jeet points to a deep hostility toward the World Government. The pair are notorious for dirty, underhanded methods, which made them widely disliked by the colosseum crowd, yet the two clearly trust one another, working in seamless tandem and watching each other's back. Abdullah also shows genuine gratitude and a streak of decency: he was brought to tears by Usopp's role in freeing the dwarves and later fought for Luffy specifically to repay Usopp for breaking the toy curse. He even branded the former toys who chased Doflamingo's enemies for their bounties as shameless. In combat he and Jeet split attention, one drawing a foe's focus while the other strikes from behind, and he wields a pair of tridents.

History

Once bounty hunters, Abdullah and Jeet turned criminal after bombing a government building, and an earlier attempt to capture Bartholomew Kuma for his bounty had failed. The two entered the Corrida Colosseum chasing the Mera Mera no Mi and were sorted into B Block, where they tricked and downed Tank Lepanto before Bellamy brutally crushed them both. Tossed into an underground cell, they were later turned into toys by Sugar, then restored when she collapsed, after which they hailed Usopp as their rescuer. Joining Luffy, Zoro, and Law, they battled Pica and helped hold back the Birdcage so Luffy could defeat Doflamingo. Afterward Abdullah threw in with Ideo's XXX Gym Martial Arts Alliance, one of the seven crews that pledged loyalty to the Straw Hats in the new Grand Fleet, and the group eventually adopted the name Ideo Pirates.
