Reared by an indulgent and morally bankrupt father, she regards everyone outside the nobility as worthless. To her, those burning alive had only their own common birth to blame for the disaster, a conviction she absorbed wholesale from him.
Zurako appeared on the evening that Gray Terminal was set ablaze. Standing with her father, she listened as he claimed the people being incinerated deserved their end for having no noble lineage, and she agreed with him completely.
