Appearance

At his core Alpacacino is a bazooka that consumed an unnamed Zoan fruit, letting him shift into a fully white alpaca fitted with a metal band around his neck from which a ring dangles. A purple crank juts from his left side, and his eyes glow red whenever he takes up his firing stance. His hybrid form keeps the alpaca features while exposing the grip of the bazooka.

Personality

Devoted to his master, Alpacacino tends to signal agreement with a simple nod. His loyalty runs deep enough that the lone moment of friction came when Shuzo carelessly disclosed the Neo Marines and Z's return to Momonga.

Abilities

As a Devil Fruit bazooka, he can willingly spit cannonballs from his mouth, and Shuzo may also fire him by hand like any ordinary weapon. His Zoan power is what grants the alpaca transformation. More remarkably, he channels Armament Haki into his projectiles, hardening them so they can wound a Devil Fruit user such as Luffy by connecting with his rubber body. He counts as the first object and animal ever shown using Haki, and the first non-canon inanimate object to eat a Zoan fruit.

Across Z's Ambition Arc, he traveled aboard Shuzo's submarine and joined the Flying Squad hunting the warships that were transferring Panz Fry. During the assault he took cannon form and shelled the Straw Hats and Momonga, later backing Shuzo against Luffy and launching a cannonball skyward to send him airborne. Shuzo's defense proved no match for Luffy, and the falling captain crushed Alpacacino. Momonga afterward arrested the surviving Neo Marines, sentencing them to Impel Down.
