Appearance

Tan-skinned and powerfully built, Alpacaman gains extra height from the gray alpaca features that crown his body where a human head and neck would sit. His outfit pairs an open dark leather jacket strung with two chains and a yellow feather-frilled cape over a set of pocketed leather briefs and black shoes. His gloves are mismatched, a plain black one on the right and a brown one on the left fitted with a pair of metal hoops. Only the left leg is dressed, in a red-and-white striped legging and calf armor, leaving the right one bare.

Personality

Devoted to his crew, Alpacaman relishes the thought of the punishment Eustass Kid would face once recaptured. He enjoys the authority his guard post grants him, spitting on prisoners and reminding them what retaliation would cost. Like many in the series he has his own laughter style, a drawn-out Pacacaca.

Abilities

His station over the Prisoner Mines gave Alpacaman free rein to mistreat the inmates without fear of reprisal, at least until Luffy and his allies seized the facility. Having eaten an Alpaca SMILE, an Artificial Zoan fruit, he can turn his head and neck fully alpaca and launch saliva at great speed. He also fights with a pair of sabers in a flashy spinning method he names Alpaca Kenpo. In the anime he chains attacks together with Madilloman and even coats his face in Armament Haki to hurl Haki-laced spit. He and Madilloman entered the Sumo Inferno against Luffy and Hyougoro, where Hyougoro, guided by Luffy's Observation Haki, ultimately struck him down.
