History

Against opponents of CP9's caliber Candy proved feeble, falling to Rob Lucci before he could mount any defense, and though he fights with a sword his actual skill never got to show. After docking at St. Poplar's harbor he ordered a raid that left the townsfolk terrified, not realizing that the former CP9 agents had recently fled Enies Lobby and landed in the same town. Drawn by reports of trouble, Lucci struck him down and knocked him cold while the rest of CP9 dismantled his crew. Even with the captain unconscious, Lucci pressed on with a display of excessive justice, stepping down on his skull to the horror of onlookers, and Candy was left bloodied in the street as the agents departed.
