Appearance

Stripped of his armor, Cracker is a brawny giant standing past three meters. Short purple hair narrows into a long bun shaped like a baguette, with slim pointed strands at each side that seem to spit sparks like firecrackers. A heavy scar marks his right eye amid faint wrinkles. He bares his chest above a kilt adorned with biscuits and tall brown boots, and a brightly colored pauldron on the right shoulder trails a polka-dot cape.

Most often, though, only his biscuit puppet is seen. That hollow figure looms about four times Luffy's size, a thuggish warrior with a jutting nose, pointed beard, oddly spindly limbs, and the same right-side scar. Dressed in a cracker vest and a horned Spartan-style helmet, it impersonates him so convincingly that his wanted poster prints its face in place of his.

Personality

Cracker is fiercely loyal to mother and crew, flaring up when his ex-stepfather spilled family secrets to outsiders. Echoing Big Mom, he holds that only blood makes someone kin and writes off his fathers and stepfathers entirely. He clings to the idea that lineage decides a person's nature, wrongly figuring Sanji would gladly wed into the family and loathe his own friends. Brimming with confidence, he prefers facing enemies solo and resents any help from allies.

He delights in flaunting his fruit's range yet cannot stand others eating his biscuits, unwilling to part with them for nothing. More than anything he dreads pain, even a pinprick, which is why he fights through his puppets, and he prizes the anonymity the armor buys him. That arrogance backfired: by bragging about how his ability worked, he handed Luffy and Nami exactly what they needed to topple him.

Abilities

Ranking as a Sweet Commander, Cracker answers to no one but Big Mom, and his voice alone makes nearby homies shrink in dread. Both his 860 million Berry bounty and the citywide lockdown that followed his loss show how dangerous the World Government and his own crew judge him. Earlier he swiftly crushed the Supernova Urouge, who had just downed a fellow commander.

His power flows from his Bisu Bisu no Mi; this Paramecia ability lets him summon and mold biscuits with a clap. These biscuits are remarkably hard but soften when wet, and he forms them into giant puppet soldiers bearing copies of his blade, granting them extra limbs and weapons at will. Since the puppets are hollow, he can ride one as armor and reinforce it with Armament Haki. A skilled deceiver, he faked a limb-multiplying power and made his shell spit jam to mimic blood. He also swings the famous oversized sword Pretzel at startling speed and commands both Armament and Observation Haki, his hardened cuts able to slice nearly through Luffy's Gear 4 arm.

His duel with Luffy in the Seducing Woods dragged on eleven brutal hours. Luffy finally turned the biscuits' water weakness against him, devouring soldiers softened by Nami's rain before ending the fight with Gear 4 Tankman, which absorbed Cracker and launched him into the chateau back in Sweet City. Long after recovering, he tried to halt Pudding's abduction on Cacao Island only to be frozen solid by Kuzan of the Blackbeard Pirates.
