The first thing anyone notices about Times is the enormous red, beak-shaped nose dominating his face. A slim orange mustache sweeps up toward his ears above a small, sharply pointed beard, and his orange hair rises into a plume at the back. He races in a brown helmet marked with a central red stripe, goggles clipped to it, and a red collared shirt.

History
Times entered the Turtle Car Race held in the main casino of Gran Tesoro. Once three rivals wrecked, he seized the lead from Kent Beef Jr., and the two ran wheel to wheel for much of the contest. The Straw Hat Pirates then managed to get their own car back onto the course, and in the end they edged past both Times and Beef at the line by mere centimeters.
