
Count Times is a non-canon reporter and racer who competes in the Turtle Car Race in One Piece Film: Gold. Nicknamed the Press King, he pushes a fast, nimble vehicle and finishes only a hair behind the winners.
The first thing anyone notices about Times is the enormous red, beak-shaped nose dominating his face. A slim orange mustache sweeps up toward his ears above a small, sharply pointed beard, and his orange hair rises into a plume at the back. He races in a brown helmet marked with a central red stripe, goggles clipped to it, and a red collared shirt.
Times is a single-minded competitor who locks his attention onto the track and the fight for first place. Pulling ahead of Kent Beef Jr. was enough to bring a satisfied grin to his face.
