Dandy

Dandy is a slim man who parts his black hair to the right and sports a mustache and goatee. His showy ensemble pairs yellow sneakers and a yellow tie with a green pocket square and a green dress shirt, all worn under a vivid yellow suit.

Appearance means everything to Dandy, who judges a person solely by whether he deems them beautiful or ugly. Wholly wrapped up in himself, he shows no concern for anyone else and readily uses others to keep himself out of danger.

Dandy is strong enough to hold his own against Sanji, and he fights with Fish-Man Karate despite being a human, making him the second person, after Koala, shown to wield the style. Following him are the Dandy Girls, Buggy's Delivery members who idolize his looks and obey his orders, throwing themselves at Sanji on command, though Dandy will gladly hide behind them as human shields.

Hired with Buggy and Mugon by the Bounties Pirates to seize Caesar Clown back from Igaram Jr., Dandy faced off against Sanji and set the Dandy Girls on him. Later, when Prize carried Caesar's poison gas bomb over to a ship full of evacuating Kings, Dandy and Mugon barred Sanji and Zoro; Dandy then ducked behind one of his Dandy Girls, infuriating Sanji, who put him down with Diable Jambe: Concasse and chided him for risking a woman's safety. By One Piece Premier Show 2019 he had been arrested, slotted into Balzac's Prisoner Unit in Impel Down, and was fighting the Straw Hats yet again.
