Fist

Fist is a man of roughly average build whose look centers on a long blond mane, a large nose, and tired, drooping eyes. A silver crown sits atop his head, while a blue cloak drapes down from his shoulders.

Strength sits at the top of the king's values, so much so that he founded an entire tournament to encourage it. That fixation sometimes blinds him to the toll it takes on his citizens, yet he can own up to an error, consenting to scrap the contest once Luffy argued that the tournament was doing the island far more harm than benefit. He also endures slights calmly, allowing Dias to break into the middle of his address.

As the island's monarch, Fist holds complete command over Royal Sun Island. In the past he founded the Royal Combat, a tournament staged in his honor, though the event lured combatants from many regions and steadily eroded the island's safety. Ahead of the twentieth running, his minister Judge counseled him to bolster security across the island. Fist then looked on at that twentieth Royal Combat and distributed the rewards to the pair of teams that reached the final. Once those rewards were handed over, Luffy rounded on him about the peril created by drawing outside fighters in, and the king relented, agreeing to shut the tournament down to keep his island safe.
