Hotdog

Hotdog presents a strange mix of old age and raw power. His face is wrinkled and hunched with thinning white hair, yet his body is heavily muscled and crisscrossed with scars that hint at a lifetime of combat. Clad in martial arts attire, he rounds out the look with a spiked collar and matching bracelets, and his squat, broad frame gives him a strong resemblance to a bulldog. In the film's opening stretch he sports a long braid styled like a queue.

Faithful to Battler, Hotdog carries out his master's wishes without hesitation, including grotesque cruelty toward animals such as hacking off the horns of dozens of creatures and dumping them into a waterfall. He brims with the same arrogance as Battler and Heaby, going so far as to declare himself the strongest man alive.

His physical might is considerable, enough to badly hurt a fighter as tough as Zoro through repeated blows. Like Sanji, he builds his style around kicks, and he boasts of having the strongest kick of all, claiming it can weaken and shatter steel. His unnamed signature move is a leaping kick delivered while spinning at high speed, which he lands on Zoro multiple times. He also wields a ball and chain, using it to pin Zoro down and steal free hits.

In the third movie, Hotdog arrives on the island with Count Battler and joins Heaby in slashing the horns off the local animals to feed Battler. When he later faces Zoro, his constant kicking gradually weakens the very chains binding his opponent, letting Zoro break loose. Zoro finishes him with the Tatsu Maki technique, then remarks that Sanji's kicks far outclass Hotdog's. His wanted poster, set at a bounty of 4,000,000, later appears in the opening of the ninth film.
