Idor

Idor cuts a tall, slender figure. His hair is cropped and brown, matched by a brown mustache and a goatee in the same shade. For clothing he wears a shirt striped in blue and red, paired with black pants and a yellow turban.

Quick of mind and convincing in speech, Idor has fleeced large numbers of marks through his cons. He holds onto grievances, still seething over Jango for a swindle pulled on him years earlier, and that bitter history left him intensely wary of everyone around him.

Idor earned his living as a professional dancer and admired Jango, right up until an encounter with the man stripped him of all his money. Enraged, he set his sights on revenge, and after learning that Jango had signed on with the Marines, he turned that hatred against the entire organization. He shares his old idol's gift for lulling people to sleep through hypnosis, yet, unlike Jango, he stays awake himself and cleans out anyone he affects. He is also handy with a cutlass as a competent swordsman.

To raise funds for his vendetta, Idor made off with a trader's ship, and the owner promptly reported it stolen. A reward of 9,000,000 berries was posted on him and circulated through Water 7. Catching wind of the notice, the Straw Hat Pirates ran him to ground along a side path near the Galley-La employee bathhouse. He came close to persuading Chopper that the charges were false, but the crew beat him and collected the reward.
