Inukai

Inukai is an official of Wano Country, a minor figure whose standing earns him a place among the guests at Shogun Orochi's banquet. His brief role centers on a pointed exchange with the yakuza boss Kyoshiro.

Inukai serves as an official within Wano's government, a position that grants him enough political standing to be invited to Shogun Orochi's feast at the castle.

At Orochi's banquet, Inukai praised Kyoshiro for how thoroughly he had tamed the courtesan Komurasaki, which drew a correction from Kyoshiro that one should not speak of a courtesan as if she were a dog. Inukai also raised the matter of Kyoshiro summoning the Tobiroppo over a mere soba cook.

Inukai is recognizable by his heavy black eyebrows and a sharply pointed black mustache, with long brown hair curling at the sides and gathered into a topknot. He wears a pale green kimono speckled with small dots, layered under a green coat patterned with yellow-brown rings.

Inukai is a minor character in One Piece, appearing only briefly during Shogun Orochi's banquet in Wano Country. In the anime, some of his dialogue is reassigned to a different banquet guest.
