Judge

Judge is an elderly gentleman whose hair is kept short, with a modest moustache and a pair of slim eyeglasses. His coloring differs between renderings: the in-game sprite gives him white hair, while his portrait shows it as brown.

The game gives Judge little explicit characterization, but his conduct paints him as a dutiful official. He counsels his king on handling disorder and personally travels to ease public anxiety, and he bristles at any disrespect shown toward the crown.

When King Fist proclaimed the Royal Combat, the announcement drew a wave of thugs to the island, prompting Judge to urge the king to take the situation in hand. He went to Round Village hoping to soothe the residents' worries and spoke with a group of locals, Mitt among them, but failed to put their fears to rest. At Fist's award ceremony following the twentieth Royal Combat, Judge grew angry when Dias broke in and seemed to slight the king, though Fist let Dias keep speaking. When the Straw Hats finally departed, Judge joined the other islanders at Royal Sun Island Port to see them off.
