A brawny figure who seems to wear mascara, he sports the head and neck of a llama rising from the top of his head, that animal head fitted with purple sunglasses and yellow lenses. His outfit reads like a wrestler's: a high-collared unbuttoned vest with star buttons, pale blue shoulder pads trimmed in purple frills, a golden star linked by chain at the collar, and a yellow cape. Light-brown boxing gloves match boots of the same shade, both decorated with stars and magenta rims, while light-brown briefs sit above a blue belt ringed with stars and stamped with a pink "R".

Posted to guard the entrance, he proved capable enough to overcome Usopp and Chopper alongside his partner Tigerman. His power stems from a Llama SMILE, an artificial Zoan that sprouted the llama's neck from his head and coated his skin in fur. The two guards ambushed Usopp and Chopper when the Straw Hats failed the entry password and managed to beat them. In a later rematch, Llamaman kept gobbling Usopp's Pop Green shots out of the air until he swallowed a Kayaku Boshi and blew himself up.
