Appearance

He is a heavyset, dark-skinned man whose most arresting trait is a pair of huge earlobes drooping all the way to his chest. White hair grows to enormous length, trailing down his back and rising high above his crown, and it is joined by a lengthy mustache and a waist-length beard. Across his bare chest he wears nothing but an oversized belt slung like a sash. A tricorne stamped with the crew's Jolly Roger tops him off, while striped trousers in red and white and a cape colored green and yellow complete the outfit.

Personality

Greed is his defining trait, and money alone was reason enough for him to set upon the Straw Hats. He also resents Gild Tesoro, to whom he owes a gambling debt. Beyond that, he guards his name and his standing as a captain jealously, bristling with offense the moment Luffy mangled it.

Abilities

Commanding the Long Long Pirates grants him authority over his crew, yet despite the fact that they had pressed into the New World, he is not much of a fighter and went down easily before the Straw Hats. His armaments are a cutlass plus a Gatling gun tucked beneath his hair, which he triggers using those massive earlobes. Having gambled away everything at Gran Tesoro, he and his men ambushed the Straw Hats at the entrance to rob them, but the spinning Luffy's rubber body bounced every bullet back, and a Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol to the face ended the brawl.
