Lord of the Coast (Long Ring Long Land)

The creature is a vast yellow serpent of a Sea King, its head and flanks marked with red spotting and fins. Like all of its kind it reaches tremendous size. Crowding its mouth are rows of sharp, pointed teeth, set off by two small eyes, a broad tongue, and flattened nostrils.

The beast had a reputation as a constant menace, threatening ships that passed and the people living nearby. Matching the temperament of others like the Dawn Island Lord of the Coast, it is savage and quick to aggression, and most who cross its path are terrified of it.

Counted among the ocean's largest and mightiest inhabitants, the Sea King nonetheless had no defense against extraordinary power. It surfaced when Tonjit and his horse Shelly wished to cross to the neighboring island to reunite with old friends. Admiral Aokiji stepped in and used his Hie Hie no Mi to flash-freeze the surrounding sea together with the monster, laying down ice solid enough to walk on for roughly a week. Whether the creature survived the freezing remains unknown.
