Marine Headquarters Court

The judge seated on the left has a broad nose, thick lips, and long white hair set off by a widow's peak, with a scar running over his nose bridge; he keeps the standard hat and robes but rolls the sleeves back to bare his forearms. In the center sits an elderly man with a wide nose and face, a thick beard, and dense bushy hair, his robes ordinary save for a hat colored black and white rather than the usual all-black. To the right is a judge with a long, slender nose, glasses, and a scar marking his left cheek, dressed in the standard hat and robes.

A stern air surrounds the left-hand judge, while the one on the right comes off as easygoing, sipping a bottled drink. The middle judge betrays almost no feeling. Despite their differences, all three ended up dancing alongside Jango and the rest of the courtroom, and they freed him out of regard for his friendship with Fullbody, though they demoted Fullbody as the price.

As the court's judges they hold the authority to issue a case's final ruling and can strip an individual of criminal status whenever they choose. They condemned Jango to death for piracy, but he hypnotized the whole courtroom into dancing, and once the judges recognized the connection between him and Fullbody they let him walk free, on the condition that Fullbody be knocked down to the rank of Seaman Recruit.
