Wavy, light green hair frames Monet's face, set above brown eyes and a figure many Marines openly called beautiful. What sets her apart is her body: Law swapped her natural arms and legs for bird limbs, leaving her with feathered white wings that shade to green at the tips, clawed talons, and a tail, all giving her a harpy's silhouette. Her long legs push her well past human height.

She typically sports a green crop top reading "HAPPY" with cut-off yellow pants and a Baby Den Den Mushi on her belt, and she dons swirl-lensed glasses while reading. When fury takes hold, she can warp into a hulking snow-fanged monster with wild, savage eyes.

Cool, composed, and quietly amused by chaos, Monet kept smiling through the disaster engulfing Punk Hazard, only bothering to alert Caesar once she realized the intruders were the Straw Hats. She was also sharp and calculating, sizing up opponents honestly: aware she could topple neither Luffy nor Zoro, she focused on stalling them or striking weaker targets like Nami, Chopper, and Robin.

Beneath the calm ran a streak of cruelty. She handed kidnapped children the deadly NHC10 drug with a smile and showed no flicker of remorse over their fate, mockingly insisting she had given them a carefree life. She could be flirtatious too, teasing Law about a date, and bashful when complimented. Her devotion belonged wholly to Doflamingo, who had rescued her and her sister Sugar from a wretched life, and she was willing to die for him. That loyalty held even as fear broke her composure: when Zoro charged after halving her, the thought of death left her unable to reform.

Doflamingo had embedded her on Punk Hazard to watch over the volatile Caesar. In the end her own heart, secretly returned to Caesar by Law in place of Smoker's, was stabbed by Caesar, killing her.

Monet's harpy form let her fly, and her wing feathers worked like nimble hands able to turn pages or write. Her real edge came from the Yuki Yuki no Mi, a Logia fruit granting mastery over snow. She wielded that control with unusual finesse, compacting it into solid barriers, multi-layered domes, ice-hard blades, and crushing concussive blows, and only she could slip through her own walls by merging with the snow.

Blanketing a battlefield in snow and blizzard gave her the home advantage, letting her dart about unseen for ambushes. A frigid embrace could drain a victim's body heat toward hypothermia and unconsciousness, and her monstrous transformation came with a bite cold enough to freeze and shatter flesh. She backed all this with a pair of huge ice picks gripped in her talons, sturdy enough to clash with Zoro even as he held back.
