Mr. 7 is a Frontier Agent of Baroque Works who forms a sniping team with Miss Father's Day. He took over the codename after the previous holder died on the job, and he turns up as a minor villain during the Arabasta Arc.
The number seven saturates this agent from head to toe, stamped onto his eyebrows, his footwear, and even his firearm, while many of his poses and gestures bend into that same shape. Crowning him is a mass of puffy bluish-white hair set like a helmet. A purple coat falls to his ankles, trimmed with yellow frills at the shoulders and sleeves and bearing twin sevens across the chest. Beneath it sit a dark blue shirt streaked with pink, a pale neckerchief, black trousers over tall white socks, and seven-shaped yellow shoes. Square yellow shades with red lenses finish the look.
Compared to his partner he carries himself in a more relaxed, somewhat graver register. That easygoing surface hides a vicious streak, as he takes genuine pleasure in killing.
Together with Miss Father's Day he makes up the organization's marksman pairing. His weapon, the Yellow Gun, is a one-of-a-kind flintlock loaded with dice-shaped rounds marked with seven pips; he times his shots so they meet his partner's mid-flight to trigger a blast. During the Arabasta Arc, Crocodile assigned the two of them to mind the cannon atop the clock tower and fire it on schedule to wipe out the combatants below in Alubarna. From that perch they shot down Pell as he flew above the city. Once Mr. 7 lit the ignition cord, the pair spotted Vivi climbing the tower with the Straw Hats backing her, recognized her as Miss Wednesday, and moved to gun her down for her betrayal. With the crew's aid she dodged their fire, knocked both snipers off the structure, and cut the burning cord. His fate after the conflict is left unstated.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
