Summary

Tracking down Crocodile, Luffy finds the Warlord beside Cobra and the gravely wounded Robin. Frustrated that the boy keeps rising, Crocodile is baffled when two punches connect despite no water in play. The trick is blood, which Luffy keeps wet on his knuckles to override the sand body. In answer the Warlord peels a cover from his hook, exposing a hidden poison, and Cobra notices that the fight is finally taxing his opponent. Luffy keeps weaving past the hook's swings.

Elsewhere, Vivi grasps where the cannon must be concealed. She and Usopp are still being hunted by Baroque Works pursuers; Usopp buys an escape by scraping his nails down a chalkboard to scatter them, then drags Vivi clear. The two armies and everyone at the city's heart are now barely two minutes from annihilation.

Tashigi and a handful of soldiers then turn on the agents chasing Vivi and Usopp. Nami and Chopper reunite with the pair as the timer runs low. From the Clock Tower a concealed frog woman shoots Pell out of the sky, later confirmed to serve Baroque Works. With Sanji and Zoro reaching the tower and thirty seconds remaining, its face swings open to reveal Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day laughing inside.
