Narcy is a swordsman of the Long Long Pirates and an antagonist in One Piece Film: Gold. Sent to rob the Straw Hats at Gran Tesoro, he picked a fight with Zoro and lost in short order.
Narcy is a thin man whose skin has a grey cast. Wild pink hair falls long from his head, matched by a pink beard that trails down to his waist, and blue tattoos wrap his right arm. He dresses in a red tank top bandaged along the hem, dark blue trousers, and brown shoes.
Greed drives Narcy much as it does his captain, Long Long. He relishes the prospect of a good fight and grew giddy when Zoro taunted him, yet his nerve is brittle: the dread of defeat overtook him just before Zoro put an end to their duel.

After Narcy spun his blade and brought it crashing down, Zoro slipped past, ran up the length of the sword, and cut him apart with Santoryu: Oni Giri.
