Lean and crowned with short black hair, Narcy covers himself in arrow motifs from cap to boots. His outfit joins a glittery short-sleeved coat of blue and silver with baggy blue trousers patterned in upward arrows, a blue collar trailing a hanging arrow, a white ball cap stamped with an arrow, a blue cape lined in white, and black boots fronted by silver arrows.
Personality
True to his name, Narcy is steeped in self-regard and thinks nothing of pressing absurd demands on people, strangers included. He is fond of the catchphrase 'good smell!'

In a fight Narcy relies on a matched pair of kukri. During the 2022 Premier Show, the Straw Hats came ashore on Soil Island, and Kinno relayed word of their landing up the chain until it finally arrived with Yehudi. As Sanji prepared Glow Apple cocktails for the island's women, Narcy approached and insisted the cook surrender the apples so he could distill perfume from them. Sanji refused, yet Narcy made off with them regardless and brewed his perfume anyway. Later, when the Straw Hats squared off against the Age Age Super Marines, Sanji cornered him and demanded the fruit back. Narcy calmly noted they were already used up, the two traded blows, and he went down in short order.
