Ochinko Poro is a non-canon character from the Chin Piece spinoff, one of the prizes dispensed by the capsule machine on Gacha Gacha Island. A balding, naked middle-aged man, he surfaces when Chinpy and Kusopp draw him as their winnings.
He appears as a nude man in middle age whose hair has thinned almost to nothing as baldness sets in. His mouth is framed by thick lips, and his eyes are round.
Little is laid out about his disposition, though one moment proves telling: invited to act in a film, he walked away the instant he learned that the performers would receive no pay.
