Abilities
It can join the Pirate Penguin in a paired technique named Animal Rush, set off by either Chopper or Chouchou, in which the bear flings the penguin at a target with the bird's beak pointed forward.
Within the game, the bear first met Apis on Warship Island and chatted with her, and her stories of Luffy stirred its wish to join the Straw Hats. When the crew later visited Bokuden's home, they discovered Apis and the bear in the kitchen, where Apis asked them to take it along and the bear politely echoed the request. Luffy agreed, welcoming it aboard.
