Appearance
This penguin stands about as tall as an ordinary human. Its body is chiefly blue with white across the face and belly and swirling white markings along the sides. It rounds out the look with a red vest, a green polka-dotted bandana, and a black bicorne hat.
Personality
A sunny disposition defines the Pirate Penguin, which delights in dancing and chose entirely on its own to pursue a pirate's life.
Abilities
Together with the Pirate Bear it can perform the paired move Animal Rush, triggered by Chopper or Chouchou, where the bear hurls the penguin beak-first at an enemy.
Long before the game, the penguin had put to sea hoping to become a pirate but ended up shipwrecked on Croissant Island. There the Straw Hats found it perched on a cliff, injured, and Chopper tended its wounds before translating its story for the others. Luffy then welcomed the Pirate Penguin into the crew.
