Pisaro

An ocean sunfish by species, Pisaro stands at an ordinary fish-man height, his skin tinted pale blue and his head topped with curly brown hair. Prominent lips dominate his face, and a red star is inked across his chest. His usual outfit centers on an open purple button-up speckled with pink stars, finished off with a puffed collar at the neck, tan shorts, sandals, a white sash, and the maracas he is seldom without. The manga drew him as a heavyset figure, while the anime reworked him into a leaner, more muscular build.

The crew's first arrival at Cocoyasi Village showed him in a shirt with a floral print instead. From his Sun Pirates days, he sported comparable clothing, including a green vest marked with yellow stripes in the animated version, where the slimmer physique was carried over.

Arlong's temper unsettles Pisaro, and he has joined his shipmates in trying to talk the captain down before a rampage flattens a village. His loyalty runs deep enough that he trailed Arlong all the way to the East Blue, and the cruelty Arlong dishes out to humans never seems to trouble him.

Being a fish-man grants him roughly ten times a human's strength on land, a figure that doubles once he is in the water, alongside swift underwater movement and the freedom to remain submerged indefinitely. He put that power on display by seizing a man by one leg and hurling him to the dirt. His trade as a musician keeps maracas close at hand.

Before signing on with Arlong, Pisaro rode with the Sun Pirates and was seen celebrating with them over a band of beaten Marines. Once Tiger died and the group dispersed, he followed Arlong and other fish-men eastward. During the raid on the Conomi Islands, he noticed smoke rising from Bell-mere's chimney and reported it just as the crew prepared to depart. When the Straw Hats stormed Arlong Park, Luffy swung Momoo into the gathered pirates and knocked Pisaro out of the fight early. The Marines later rounded up the whole crew.
