Personality

Calm and honorable, the chief earned his people's trust as a man worthy of leading them. He is regarded as wise enough to make the tribe's hardest calls, and though his judgment goes unquestioned, he still takes the trouble to explain the reasoning behind his decisions to those he governs.

History

As tribal leader the chief carries deep knowledge of Shandia history and the life experience to steer crucial choices, his authority accepted without challenge, though whether he has any fighting ability remains unknown. He passed down to Wyper the tales of his ancestor Kalgara, teaching the young warrior of Kalgara's bond with Mont Blanc Noland and how that friendship was the reason the golden bell kept ringing so the explorer might one day find them in the sky.

During the Skypiea conflict he watched the clouds darken as Enel powered up the Maxim, and afterward joined the others in celebrating the tyrant's defeat. In quieter days following the timeskip he was seen relaxing beside Gan Fall, the two sharing pumpkin juice and good company.
