Appearance
Built much like his sister, Shinosuke wears a dark blue ninja bodysuit ringed at the collar with a spiked green frill. A small brown mustache and chin stubble accent his face, and his long hair is bound up in a topknot, a detail dropped in the anime.
Personality
Shinosuke holds his sister Shinobu dear and has worked to protect her ever since she broke away from the Orochi Oniwabanshu two decades earlier. He has also shown himself a faithful servant of the Kouzuki Family, lending his efforts to their fight against the Beasts Pirates.
History
When Shinobu abandoned the Oniwabanshu rather than serve Kurozumi Orochi over twenty years ago, Shinosuke resolved to guard her and entered the Kouzuki Family's service at her side. Two days before the planned raid on the Beasts Pirates, his stealth let him slip into the Flower Capital and observe the allies held in Rasetsu Town, after which he reported to Kin'emon by Tanishi that there was no feasible way to free the prisoners ahead of the assault.
