Slim, blonde, and blue-eyed, the three share striking looks but each is distinguished by her own bikini, jewelry, and star motifs, and during their escape all wore high-heeled beach sandals topped with yellow stars. Ante lets her long hair fall in a large curl over the left shoulder, pairing a white wrap top bearing a big yellow star with pink star-shaped sunglasses. Nego pins her hair up and back into a star shape, sports a yellow-and-black star-patterned outfit with green-tinted glasses, and carries two yellow star tattoos on her stomach, swapping to plain glasses away from her employer. Any keeps her hair short, dresses in an orange corset bikini covered in stars, and clips a star-shaped ornament into her hair.

Though they look loyal to Gild Tesoro, the three play the part only to earn money, putting on false cheer and affection. They smile while he is near and drop the pretense the instant he steps away, resenting him and wishing to be free. Across most of the film they say nothing, breaking their silence only as they face being drowned in the gold.

The trio joined Tesoro at his oversized bath: Any settled into his lap, Ante sat at his right side cradling a wine glass, and Nego took the left, all while Spandam arrived to gather the Heavenly Tribute owed by the World Noble. Once he departed, they stayed behind counting their earnings in a dark room as their boss faced the Straw Hats atop the casino. After the pirates loosed seawater, the women rinsed the gold dust from their bodies like everyone else; fleeing the security guards, Nego and Any were grabbed while Ante was pursued, yet in the end all three got away. Like the rest of the population they were sealed in gold water and nearly drowned, saved only when Luffy brought Tesoro down. They afterward left Gran Tesoro by ship alongside other civilians, among them Double Down, Ricca, and Tempo.
