Tibany

Picture a hulking man past his youth, topped with long blond hair that twists into curls at the ends. Stubble dots his chin, his legs are hairy, and a thick single brow runs above pale cyan eyes that read as oddly delicate. Dark red lipstick, a ruffled pink top scattered with pale yellow flowers, and a permanent flush across his sharply jutting cheekbones complete the look.

Inside Sanji's delusion he morphs into a shapely young beauty of ordinary stature, with only the blond hair carrying over from his real self. When the okama later delivered Sanji to the Sabaody Archipelago, Tibany had swapped outfits for a pale dress dotted with dark polka dots.

True to his okama nature, Tibany leans hard into femininity and delights in dressing as a young woman. He shares the island's collective drive to recruit newcomers into the okama fold, and that campaign against Sanji clearly amused him, since he treated the whole pursuit as a game. His playful streak shades into something menacing, though, given how aggressively he pushed, even swinging a net to snare Sanji and force a dress onto him.

After Bartholomew Kuma scattered the Straw Hats, Sanji crash-landed in the Kamabakka Kingdom, an island populated entirely by okama. Tibany and a pack of them set out to convert him, and after a drawn-out chase they got their wish. Sanji reverted to normal once Emporio Ivankov came back to the kingdom.

Two years on, when Sanji returned to Sabaody to rejoin his crew, Tibany and the others showed up to send him off, swearing they would always remember him despite his obvious revulsion. They then helped the Straw Hats by tying up, and tormenting, a band of Marines. As the crew sailed away Tibany blew a wink that Sanji somehow felt, drawing a short scream from him. He later joined the others in dressing up the kingdom for an event.

The anime reworked his introduction, making Tibany the one who took in the unconscious Sanji. When Sanji woke he hallucinated his host as a gorgeous woman and bolted, a misunderstanding that landed him in Tibany's frilly home and the conversion attempt that followed. Outside the main story he turns up as a Miss Pirate contestant in One Piece: Stampede, losing to Nami to his great disappointment, and appears in various stage shows alongside Ivankov.
